The registration will be legally binding:
after the reception of the entry fee (please also send a copy of the remittance) and
only if the original accreditation is completely filled in and legally signed or
if you expressly register online and
if the participant accepts the general terms and the regulations.
AFTER receipt of the entry fee and the registration form, the team captain will receive a letter of confirmation and all documents pertaining the race. By presenting this confirmation the team will receive their start package at the registration in Ruhpolding. Type and volume of contractual obligations of PLAN B event company GmbH explicitly arise from the content of the confirmation of registration and the offers' specification of services.
